Google Science Fair 2014 open for entries

The Google Science Fair is on for its fourth year. Last year Australia’s Viney Kumar won the 13-14-year-old category for his Android app that tells drivers to get out of the way when an emergency vehicle is approaching.

Google Science Fair is a global online competition open to students from 13 to 18 years old. Its core theme is: “What do you want to change?” The Science Fair website is full of information and tools to help young people get started. The initial date for entry is 12 May.
