Sydney Science Forum: Free talks from the brightest minds
The Sydney Science Forum is a public lecture series that brings people from the Sydney community on to the Sydney University campus to hear about the latest in scientific research, ideas, possibilities and innovations.
The line-up is quite fabulous. Just as examples the next talk is on quantum mechanics; then there’s Dr Karl ‘Short Back & Science’ where, amongst much else, he probes the link between earwax and armpit sweat (and why polyester shirts stink); then there’s a look at how future medicine will create a happier world.
The talks typically run from 5:45pm to 7:00pm and they are free. they are held in various venues on the main Sydney University campus.
