Star Stuff 2017 looks fabulous

Star Stuff is a festival of the cosmos at Byron Bay in June, and it looks great. A two-day weekend with nine speakers, night sky tours, solar viewing, gear displays, and more.

Under the moonless sky, with the Milky Way high overhead in the dark skies of Byron Bay, Australia’s leading experts on Space, Cosmology, Astronomy, Astrophsyics, Astrophotgraphy and Science come together for a series of keynote talks on everything from Aboroginal astronomy, space photography, and even the end of the universe.

Many of the stars of Australian astronomy and science will be there, with speakers including Dr Karl Kruzelnicki, Dr Katie Mack, Mark Gee, Dr David Malin, Dr Alan Duffy, Dr Fred Watson, Dr Duane Hamacher, Gilmour Space Technology, and Dylan O’Donnell.

General admission tickets are $95. VIP tickets which include the VIP dinner are $250. There are the usual early-bird deals etc in play and discounts on accommodation.

For bookings and all the astronomical details see the Star Stuff website at: starstuff.com.au.
