OK Canberra seems to be pouring out indie game designers. We wrote recently about Canberra-based Cardboard Keep and their game Warden: Melody of the Undergrowth, but it runs out they are far from alone. It’s great to see so much local creative activity.

- Wildgrass Games – working on Bearzerkers: Four enter an arena, one leaves slightly less dead than the others. With bears.
- Evil Aliens – working on Orbitor: a space game you can try out online right now.
- Whalehammer Games – working on Tahira: Echoes of the Astral Empire: an episodic turn-based tactics role-playing game set on a world that has fallen into a medieval dark age after the collapse of space faring civilisation. Tahira is both Greenlit on Steam and fully funded on Kickstarter.
- Siege Sloth Games – working on Evergreen: a unique single player game where you freely control the growth of a mythical world tree from the beginning of life on our planet though to humanity and beyond.
