Zombie walk for sale, one careful owner

The Sydney Zombie Walk was on last weekend and by all accounts was rather fabulous.

Michael Berman who has organised the walk for the last few years has announced that he’s moving on and selling it. Now I had no idea that a zombie walk was something you could sell; nor do I really have any concept of who would buy a zombie walk. Here’s what Michael has to say:

“It is with deep regret that I announce I have decided to sell the Sydney Zombie Walk. We’ve been getting bigger and bigger every year, and I believe this event still has incredible potential to grow, but I do not believe I am the person to do that. Furthermore, I will be in Germany for most of next year, and feel I would not be able to ensure next year’s walk is of a high quality.

I have not yet found a buyer, but I assure you that I will do my best to ensure they continue to run the event with input from the Zombie Walk community.”

Included with the sale are all of the Zombie Walk’s assets including cash, “our box trailer & its contents”, and their digital assets including the website and the mailing list.
