Wallace and Gromit tickets on sale
Wallace and Gromit’s World of Invention is a great exhibition and tickets are now on sale.
The show opens at the Powerhouse Museum on December 15 and I can really recommend it. In contrast to the last few exhibitions at the Powerhouse it is a great deal more than a chance to show off some movie props, there’s some real content.
We saw the World of Invention in London a couple of years ago and it was a lot of fun as well as having some wonderfully thought-provoking exhibits. The only thing we found strange, which seems to have been replicated here, is the obsession with patents. I mean I know patents are important but it seems a strange thing to include so strongly as part of an exhibition aimed largely at kids. But maybe you can never to be too young to learn about intellectual property law?
Tickets come in a range of prices, but entry is free for Powerhouse members. Full details are on the Powerhouse website.
