Convergence 003 – technology and innovation in September

Convergence 003 looks like an interesting event. It’s billed as “equal parts conference, networking and trade show on emerging technology and innovation”.

The September event is focusing on: Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality, Wearables & Smart Devices, The Internet of Things , Robotics & Machine Learning. That’s a pretty cool mix and it’s backed by an international group of speakers who range from academics, to industry players, to evangelists from the big corporates.

The technology industry has always been a broad church, and there’s no question the developments over the last few years are seeing a mixing of electronics, media, entertainment, IT and many other areas.
