It’s just over a week until the first Sydney Mini-Maker Faire. Sunday the 24th from 10am-5pm at the Powerhouse. I’m really looking forward to this one.

The Australian Museum’s Tyrannosaurs Exhibition has a preview event on 22 November. As they say: “With a 10% discount in the shop and a complimentary (fake) tattoo – what are you waiting for?”

Game Masters: The Exhibition open at the Powerhouse on 13 December. “Crack open the world of 30 radical videogame designers and run, jump and frag your way through over a hundred games – from Nintendo classics featuring Mario and Link to the deeply-immersive stealth combat of Hideo Kojima’s METAL GEAR SOLID and even the emotional and atmospheric Flower and journey by thatgamecompany.” There are over 100 games available to play.
